considered to be the practice of law dealing with any and all matters arising out of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (SC 2001, c. 27 ) and Regulations, and procedures and policies pertaining thereto, including admissions, removals, enforcement, refugee determination, citizenship, review and appellate remedies, including the application of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Bill of Rights.
